
Sending Digital Impressions
We receive digital files from all intra-oral impression scanning systems. Below are the instructions for the most popular scanners-on how to set up Durban in your scanner and send us files.

Log into your 3Shape Communicate Portal

Click the Connections tab at the top and then Add Connection

Search for Durban Toronto by the email: digitaltoronto@durbanlabs.com and Durban Burlington by the email: horstbelasco@gmail.com

Click our name and Connect
-
Restart your scanner and select either Durban or Horst Belasco as your lab of choice in the order form on your Trios

Login to your CEREC Connect account

Click on My Cerec Connect

For Durban Toronto enter: "Durban Dental Lab" or for Durban Burlington enter: "Horst Belasco Dental Lab" under Company Name and click Find

Check the box and click Add to complete the connection

Launch the CS Connect software on your scanner

Click the Partners button and then click Invite a Partner

Enter the Durban Toronto email: digitaltoronto@durbanlabs.com or the Durban Burlington email: hbdentalservices@gmail.com and click Send

Once connection has been approved you may select either Durban or Horst Belasco as your lab of choice when sending future cases in CS connect

Call customer support at 1-800-577-8767

Select Option 1 and request to be connected to Durban Dental Lab (416-410-1330) for Durban Toronto or Horst Belasco (289-337-1556) for Durban Burlington

Restart your scanner to refresh connection list and select either Durban Dental Lab or Horst Belasco when sending future cases

Log into your Medit Link account

Click on the Partners tab on the left-hand side

Click Invite Partner and for Durban Toronto enter: digitaltoronto@durbanlabs.com or for Durban Burlington enter: hbdentalservices@gmail.com and click the Send button
