Log into your 3Shape Communicate Portal

Click the Connections tab at the top and then Add Connection

Search for us by the email: digitaltoronto@durbanlabs.com (Toronto/Markham) OR burlington@durbanlabs.com (Burlington)

Click our name and Connect based on our location

Restart your scanner and select Durban Toronto OR Durban Burlington as your lab of choice in the order form on your Trios.

Call customer support at 1-800-577-8767
-
Select Option 1 and request to be connected to Durban Toronto (Toronto/Markham) OR Durban Burlington (Burlington)

Restart your scanner to refresh connection list and select Durban Dental Lab when sending future cases

Launch the CS Connect software on your scanner

Click the Partners button and then click Invite a Partner

Enter the email digitaltoronto@durbanlabs.com (Toronto/Markham) OR burlington@durbanlabs.com (Burlington) and click Send

Once connection has been approved you may select Durban Toronto (Toronto/Markham) OR Durban Burlington (Burlington) as your lab of choice when sending future cases in CS connect

What we need from you to get started:

Supply a full-arch polyvinyl impression​

OR a full-arch stone model with no chips or bubbles

Full-arch scan - scan voxel size does not matter​

Incisal edges captured - do not cut off cusp tips

No patient movement - do NOT submit a blurry scan

Scan patient with teeth separated (not in occlusion) - use a bite block or cotton roll
