Sending a Traditional Case

Our customer portal allows for you to submit digital RX forms. Navigate to the portal>cases>submit cases.

Through the portal, you can also request pickups. Navigate to the portal>pickups>request pickup.
Alternatively, you can submit cases using our physical RX Script.

New Customers
Sign Up Through Our Online Portal

1. Navigate to our customer portal page and access the portal.
2. Click on the "not a member, sign up" button.
3. Fill in your information and click "register".
Sign Up By Contacting Us

Contact Us and we will set you up with a customer ID and account.

We will send you an RX pad. Alternatively you can print one here.

Fill out our preference form. It can be found here.

Arrange a suitable pickup time with us. For non-local customers, shipping is on us (we will send you a waybill).
